St. John Chrysostom said he heard St. Paul's letters read twice a week and longed to see the dust of his tomb. These thirty-two sermons on Romans are his most careful work on Paul: sin, grace, faith, and the life in the Spirit.

They are a good Orthodox guide to a letter that has been argued over for centuries.
